The Operational Program Digital Poland (POPC) is a strategic initiative aimed at eliminating digital exclusion and ensuring equal access to high-speed internet throughout Poland. It enables broadband connection for areas that were previously digitally underserved – including educational institutions, libraries, public facilities, and households. The program’s main objective is to provide a minimum bandwidth of 100 Mbps for every end user.
