Comprehensive Operating Module – A New Generation Mobile Surgery Room

In response to the growing needs of medical and emergency services, we have created a fully functional modular operating block based on specialized containers. This unique solution, also available as a standard offering, is designed for field operations, crisis situations, and field hospitals. It consists of four main containers: preoperative, operative, postoperative, and technical – each equipped with state-of-the-art devices that meet the highest medical standards.

Medical Containers – Functionality and Safety as Standard

The preoperative container allows for effective patient preparation before surgery. It includes an M23 autoclave for instrument sterilization, a set of stainless steel cabinets with a sink, a diffuser with HEPA filters, and complete disposable supplies. This area serves as a preparation space, ensuring sterility and ergonomic workflow for the surgical team.

The operative container is a modern operating room featuring a sliding surgical table, anesthesia machine with ventilator, central medical gas system, shadowless LED lamp, and complete patient monitoring equipment. With electrosurgical scalpels and bactericidal lamps, safe and precise surgeries can be performed even in the most challenging conditions.

The postoperative container functions as an intensive care unit, equipped with advanced ventilators, EKG monitoring sets, stretchers, and a refrigerator for blood storage. It also includes a resuscitation kit, additional suction units, and UV lamps supporting hygiene and safety.

Technical Facilities – Independence and Mobility

The technical container ensures the full independence of the module. It includes toilets, showers, water installations, power generators, and systems for the production and distribution of medical gases. Thanks to an integrated passage between containers, the entire complex forms a cohesive and secure working environment for medical personnel.
